Montefioralle, Italy

This was a day drive through the Chianti region with my dad. This is classic Tuscany. Rolling hills. Wine and olive vineyards stretch to every corner of this little world. Of particular interest was the tiny town of Montefioralle perched at the top of a steep hill, surrounded by vineyards. There was no one in town when we arrived and we enjoyed a lunch of wine, olives and bread. All we needed. |
Olive leaves are furry. Who knew?
